libec0 software package provides Library for modular symbols and elliptic curves over Q, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libec0
libec0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libec0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libec0 *
You will get with libec0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
